A George V decorated world war one Special Constables commemorative truncheon with polychrome transfer crown, arms and banners inscribed MANCHESTER SPECIAL CONSTABLE 1917-1919, further labelled Harry S Fairbank, 15.5" (40cm), tip is maker stamped J Tyzack & Son Sheffield.

A rare London County Council Parks Police truncheon

The London county council parks police was formed in 1896 to administer and make sure that all London’s parks regulations and by- laws were enforced.

The L.C.C Police where active until c1907.
