An Irish percussion .56calliber travelling pistols with a 5 inch (12.5cm) octagonal barrel engraved 'Cork' (now faint) on the top flat, back action lock signed 'H Allport'.

Henry Allport had premises at 77 Georges Street Cork between 1820 and 1850
Pistol with full stock with chequered grip, silver escutcheon and captive swivel ramrod.
9.5” (24cm) overall with a good working action.

A 19th century percussion cap pocket pistol by Playfair of Aberdeen with a 1¾ inch screw-off barrel, walnut slab sided wooden grips, top slide safety catch and engraved lock inscribed 'Playfair' on one side and 'Aberdeen' on the other.

Length 6 inches (15.5cm).

English Flintlock Pocket pistol by Ryan & Watson c1800
An all brass English Flintlock pocket pistol with drop-down trigger by Ryan & Watson.
Founded by Benjamin Watson who started manufacturing guns at 27 Whittall St Birmingham in 1777.
This is a very nice 100 bore pocket/muff pistol (slightly smaller than the average pocket pistol of this period) with sliding top safety catch, wooden grips and 2inch barrel.
The brass body engraved ''RYAN & WATSON'' on one side and ''BIRM'' on the other.
Pistol has a good crisp working action.
6inches overall length.

Early 19th Century Top Hat Percussion Pocket Pistol

A top hat percussion pistol with 4cm round turn-off steel barrel engraved with stiff leaf tips to the muzzle, and Birmingham proof marks, the box lock engraved JACKSON, LONDON, with hinged top hat cap retainer, concealed trigger and walnut slab butt, 6inch (115.4cm) overall.

Traces of original blued finish, some black patching to metalwork.

The lock plate is signed ‘Turner’ to the left side and ‘London’ to the right side.

A large 15 inches long percussion holster pistol with back action lock signed Braithwaite (Most likely John Braithwaite of Leeds, listed as a gun maker 1833-1861) The 10 inch .60” calibre barrel stamped with Birmingham black powder proof marks with end bead sight. Smith & Wesson .32 Tip up Revolver

Smith & Wesson 5 shot .32 cal, model 1 ½, 2nd Issue rimfire revolver c1872. The barrel top strap engraved “Smith & Wesson Springfield Mass Pat Apr. 3. 55. July 5. 59 & Nov 21. 65” with lower ejector rod and release catch, removable fluted nickel plated 5 shot cylinder and birds head polished wood grips. Pistol has a perfect working action and is in very good condition with just some minor wear to the nickel plating. 3.5” barrel 8” overall length. A pair of 19th century percussion cap pocket pistols c1840, each with 1 ¾" (4.3cm) turn-off steel barrels one stamped “2” the other “3” with Birmingham proof marks,  foliate engraved box locks with maker details “Belloni” “Shaftsbury”, slide safety catches, concealed triggers and  walnut slab grips. 6" (15cm) overall length.
