I accept payment by bank transfer or by cleared cheque.

PayPal invoices can also be generated for specific goods. PayPal payments attract a 4% charge which is added to the total when payment is made by this method.

All items advertised on this web site are of original period manufacture unless stated otherwise. I offer a money back guarantee on all goods supplied subject to the terms listed below.

Should you have any reason to dispute the description of any item purchased, you should contact me by email within 5 days of receipt of goods. The item can then be returned to me, provided that it is in the condition as sent, for a full refund of the purchase price. If a problem is not notified to me within this time, the item is considered as being sold. We regret that return postage costs are not refundable.

This refund offer does not apply to any goods purchased in error (including errors in translation of the text of this web site to another language), on behalf of a third party, nor to goods that have been damaged, disassembled or tampered with after purchase.

I supply items for collector’s display purposes only. The sale of Knives, Swords and Firearms are restricted to those aged over 18. Verification of age is required before purchase is concluded.

The responsibility lies with you, the customer to ensure that any goods ordered are allowed to be imported into your country. If an item has to be returned because it cannot be imported into your country, I will refund the purchase price less any return postage & import costs incurred by me and less a 10% handling charge.

True Antiques do not accept responsibility for un-insured damage, loss in transit or breakages which occur once goods have been dispatched. We take every care to pack items safely for posting. We always obtain proof of postage and where possible utilize special or recorded delivery in the UK .For international orders sent by Royal mail we use trackable ‘Airsure’ or ‘International Signed For’ priority airmail. Once posted we cannot control delivery however we can prove that items have been sent. Please ask for additional insurance if you require it.

True Antiques will export any goods offered for sale worldwide; however this is subject to any legal restrictions that may exist in the country of destination. Purchasers must confirm that the items ordered can legally be imported and possessed in the country to which they are being sent. The purchaser of any items ordered must indemnify True Antiques from any legal requirement at the point of delivery.

Age

All buyers of knives, swords and antique firearms must be over 21 years of age.

Confirmation that you are over 21 will be required.

All antique guns and edged weapons are offered for sale for collectors and curiosity purposes only.
